What does ALA stand for?
Arthur, Luke, and Alfred. Two boys and their dad — the family behind ALA collective.
Do we have to match?
No. Every piece can be purchased separately. How you match with your kids is completely up to you — we're just here to inspire it.
Can I buy pieces separately?
Yes, everything can be bought separately.
Sizing & care
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on each product page. If you're unsure, email info@alacollective.com.au and we'll help you find the right fit.
How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label on each garment. A little care goes a long way towards keeping your favourites looking their best.
Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia and to selected countries in Asia, the USA and Europe. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
When will my order be sent?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches and busy periods, it may take a little longer.
You'll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
Can I change my order?
Email info@alacollective.com.au as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
Exchanges & returns
What if the size isn't right?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached.

Can I return my order?
We offer change-of-mind refunds within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. Final Sale exclusions apply, and sets must be returned together.

What if something is wrong with my order?
Email info@alacollective.com.au with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll help sort it out.
